Description:
High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO or ACPO) is another bio-diesel raw material with 8~15% FFA which is also used to produce bio-diesel that meets international bio-diesel standards such as EN 14214 and ASTM D6751. Perchloric acid shows high catalytic activity for converting FFA into FAME that can be used for processing various types of oils and fatty acids as well.

Description:
Palm Acid Oil (PAO) is used as a fatty acid stream for bio-diesel raw material, animal feed, and soap-making, derived from Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME). PAO is a by-product from the chemical refining of palm oil and consists of FFA (over 50%) and neutral oil, with a 2-3% water content. It is very similar to palm fatty acid distillate (PFAD), but its FFA is typically lower.

Description:
The by-product of the extraction process of palm oil from palm fruit. It is also a high-quality animal feed that contains high levels of crude protein and moderate energy levels. It is perfectly safe to feed as a supplement to most livestock classes.
Research shows that the fat, fiber, mineral, and protein content of PKE makes it a nutritious animal feed. PKE contains around 55-70% fiber, which is a crucial nutrient for dairy cows.
Furthermore, PKE has a high ratio of phosphorus and calcium, which is important for healthy bone and teeth formation and biochemical cycles. PKE is also a beneficial source of protein and energy.
Finally, as most of it is produced using mechanical screw extraction processes, most PKE is free of chemicals and genetically engineered organisms. Today, PKE is established as a primary animal feed ingredient for the dairy industry.
Palm Kernel Shells
Palm kernel shells (or PKS) are the world that remains after being disposed of after being released from the Palm Oil mill. Kernel Shell is a fibrous material, brownish yellow in color and with a particle size that usually ranges between 5 mm and 40 mm. Due to its high calorific value, averaging 4000 Kcal/kg, and low ash content, it is considered an attractive fuel source in the production of energy from renewable sources.
Our Palm Kernel Shell is a natural high-density solid biofuel. We provide both processed and unprocessed MCC depending on the application.

Description
Palm fiber is palm oil waste produced from processing palm fruit squeezes during the pressing process which is short in shape like thread and brownish yellow in color. Every 1 tonne of palm oil can produce palm fiber of about 12% – 13% or as much as 120kg – 130kg.
- As an alternative to biomass energy to replace diesel and coal as fuel for steam power plants.
- As a material used for the pulp industry.
- One of the ingredients to increase soil fertility.
- As a medium to reduce the content of BOD, COD and TSS in liquid waste.

Description:
Empty bunches are produced from fresh fruit bunches that are too ripe, and the fruit is released from the bunch while still in the plantation or is obtained from fresh fruit bunches that have undergone a boiling process and then the palm fruit is threshed from the bunch using a tool called a tresher. Every 1 ton of oil palm can produce about 23% – 24% empty fruit bunches or as much as 230kg – 240kg.
